General condition of sale

Scope:

These General Terms of Sale (CGV) apply to all Yzaleen’s World deliveries to consumers.

Orders and conclusion of the contract

Only orders from the online store will be accepted. By placing your order, you give your unconditional and unreserved approval to our terms and conditions of sale. Different provisions only apply if they are expressly accepted by Yzaleen’s World. This also applies if Yzaleen’s World has accepted your order without reservation and having become aware of the different conditions.

The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers are valid “until stock runs out.” Reservations of the right to error.

The products are handmade, the images of these are informative and may be slightly differents in colors or presentation. 

By clicking on the “Send the Order” button during the ordering process, you enter an order in connection with the products listed in your shopping cart. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation sent by email immediately after receiving it.

The text of the contract is recorded on our internal systems. You can view the terms and conditions of sale on this page at any time. Order information is sent to you by email. After the conclusion of the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible on the internet for security reasons.

Shipping costs

    • The cost of shipping is CHF 1.5 in Economy mode
  • Europe and the rest of the world

    • Shipping costs are CHF 4.5 in Economy mode

All orders are shipped without insurance. The buyer assumes responsibility for the order as soon as it has been sent.

Delivery

The actual shipping time amounts to approximately 1-4 working days for Switzerland. The deadline can be exceeded for the rest of the world.

The shipment of available goods is usually made within 1-5 business days for a credit card payment. In advance payment, shipping takes place after receiving payment.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, a customs charge may be charged. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

The location of the contract between Yzaleen’s World and the client is located at the Yzaleen’s World Headquarters. Delivery is carried out at the customer’s own cost and risk, through a transport company such as Swiss Post.

In the event of damage to the transport, the customer is obliged to issue, immediately, against acknowledgement, the appropriate reservations or to make a reasoned protest to the carrier. In addition, the general conditions of the carrier to which the Yzaleen’s World has entrusted the goods apply between the latter and the customer.

Terms of payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or advance payment.

Once you have specified the correct credit card information, or we have received your payment, the shipment will be triggered.

You can only exercise a right of withdrawal if the claims are the result of the same contractual relationship.

Checking, default

The customer must check the goods on delivery, in accordance with the law.

Defects must be reported immediately, or no later than 3 days after receiving the goods. In addition, the statute of limitations applies. The description of the defects must be made by recommended letter. With the description of defects, we retain the right to check the defect or damage reported by our own staff or experts of our choice.

The products ordered are checked individually by us before delivery to ensure their perfect condition. We are not responsible for any damage that was done during delivery or by the buyer.

Right of return/right of withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits must be returned, and all benefits (e.g. interest) are returned. If you cannot return the performance received in full or in part, or if you return it to a deteriorated state, you must pay us compensation for the value if necessary. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the merchandise as your property and avoiding anything that impairs its value. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods. Payment repayment obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending the cancellation statement.

Buyers have a legal right of withdrawal. Within seven days of receiving the goods, the buyer can revoke the order in writing with return of the product. The goods must be returned without being used, not to be damaged and to be in perfect condition without having been opened, otherwise we insist on the acceptance of the goods. The legal shipping of the return of the goods is sufficient to save the withdrawal period. The return must be sent to:

We do not offer any guarantees on our products. Product descriptions may vary from product to product.

Intellectual property rights

Intellectual property rights on the pages of the Yzaleen World website, including their design and content, in particular all documents, articles and programmes belong exclusively to the World of Yzaleen and cannot be reproduced, distributed, modified or made public without prior consent. The reproduction or use of published documents is permitted only for informational purposes. Any other reproduction and other use is strictly prohibited.

Various

We reserve the right to adapt or modify the terms and conditions of sale, the price and the shipping cost if necessary. In the event that a provision of these terms and conditions of sale is to be invalidated, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Law applicable, competent court

Swiss law is applicable.
